Perry C. Thomas and Catherine Thomas founded
their company in March of 1993 with a backhoe, a dump truck, and a
vision. What started out as a one man operation quickly grew to
business well known for its quality work, timeliness, and
dependability. With hard work and perseverance Perry C. Thomas
Construction Inc. has gained respect throughout the utility industry as a
small company that can delivery a quality product.
As a small company with four to five crews,
